HOW TO PREPARE SSR DOCUMENT FOR IQAC
Step 1: Obtain the Word document template by downloading it from the following link: https://www.ngmc.org/downloads/
Step 2: Make necessary edits to the document using MS Office. You can add or remove text, table headings, rows, and columns according to your requirements.
Step 3: To link the document appropriately:
– Visit https://www.ngmc.org/cdn/
– Login with your username and password (please contact S.Veerakannan, Web Developer for credentials)
– Navigate to the folder where you wish to upload the document (e.g. C1, C2, etc.)
– Upload your document in PDF, XLS, or Doc format
– Click on the uploaded document and copy the full URL from the popup
Step 4: While editing your downloaded template in Word, right-click on the PDF icon and select “edit hyperlink”
– Paste the copied link from CDN in the specified space
– If needed, duplicate this icon by copying and pasting to nest rows
Step 5 – Finally, export the completed document to PDF and send it to IQAC.
