NATIONAL VOTER’S DAY is celebrated annually in India on 25th January to mark the foundation day of ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA. It established by the GOVERNMENT OF INDIA in order to encourage more young voters to take4 part in the political process, and first celebrated 25gth January 2011. By observing the new voters, who have attained the age of 18 years, were showing less interestr in getting enrolled in the electoral rolls, she said the level of their enrolment was as ow as 20 to 25 per cent in certain cases.
