APD: Mr. Ganesh P.Arumugam, Head Department of APD, motivated the students to develop their Academic skills by utilizing the opportunities provided in the college. Finally, the session came to an end by Vote of Thanks, proposed by Ms. A.Velumani, Assistant professor, Department of English Language.

Sports: The vibrant and sportive faculty of the Physical Education Department of NGM College, Dr. Bhuvaneshwari, Assistant Physical Educator, portrayed with clarity about the importance of various sports events and inspired the students to take part in various Intercollegiate sports events in NGM campus and off campus. She also insisted on physical fitness.

NSS: Mr.S.Vignesh Kumar, NSS Co-ordinator of NGM College, encouraged and motivated the students to be part of the NSS Scheme and to contribute their service for the welfare of the Nation through the society.

Part V: Dr. K. Haridas, Associate Professor and Head Department of Computer Application, briefed about the benefits of part V programs and how it enhances and enriches the student community.

Controller, CDC & ERP: Mr. K. Srinivasan, Controller, and Co-ordinator of CDC and ERP detailed about PO’s, PEO’S, PSO and OBE Credit Points of VAC, Diploma courses through PPT Presentation for better comprehension of the students.  

The Afternoon Session commenced by 2.00 PM. Various departments of the college was introduced to the students by concern faculty. COE: Prof. P. Nagarajan, Deputy Controller of Examination, NGM College, Pollachi elaborated on Internal and External assessment, evaluation system, distribution of marks, attendance, scheme of examination, retotaling, improvement, revaluation, Convocation, Arrear and semester pattern.

The Department of English Language orchestrated the Student Induction Programme on 3rd July, 2024 to 10th July 2024 to delineate the academic and technical provisions of the college.
