A Student Induction Program for the new entrants to the College was conducted at NGM College Pollachi on 4th and 5th July 2023.
In the Inaugural session, the speaker Mr. Rajasekar, Senior Manager Canara Bank, and Vice District Governor, Lions Club, Pollachi addressing on the topic “Unnaal Mudiyum” inspired the students to set ambitious goals and work towards achieving them. He taught the students resilience, perseverance and the importance of not giving up in the face of challenges.
In another session on “Communicate to Connect”, the speaker Dr. Naveen Annamalai, Director, Voice Institute of Excellence Chennai empowered the students with self-confidence as they entered into a new and competitive college environment. By incorporating interactive activities, he demonstrated how students can collaborate with people from all over the world and navigate a variety of situations with the ability to communicate effectively.
In the afternoon sessions of both the days, the Heads of the various departments and Cells provided the students with necessary information about the institution, its resources, academic requirements and support services.
