Post graduate and research department of commerce organized a guest lecture on “Gen Z’s Skill Gap” on 26/03/2024 at around 10 a.m. in Prof. M. Alkondan Hall, NGMC. The invocation was made by Miss. Varunavi and team, Third year B.com. Welcome address was given by Dr. P. Bruntha, Associate Professor and Head PG and Research Department of Commerce. By next, the Presidential address was delivered by respected Dr. R. Muthukumaran , Principal, NGM College. Then, the Key-note address was presented by the honourable chief guest Dr. P. Rajesh Kumar, Training Coordinator, Coimbatore Zone, TDC-MSME, Chennai. Through engaging guest lecture, insightful talks, and interactive sessions, students had the chance to sharpen their skills and explore emerging trends in various fields. The program fostered a dynamic environment where young minds could collaborate, innovate, and address the challenges of the future with confidence. Attendees left empowered, equipped with new knowledge and tools to navigate the evolving landscape of their chosen industries. Then, the certificates and medals were distributed to the top rank holders of the MSME course by the honourable dignitaries
