Commemoration. Gandhi Jayanti is celebrated yearly on 2 October. and is observed in all of India’s states and territories. It is marked by prayer services and tributes across India, including at Gandhi’s memorial, Raj Ghat, in New Delhi where he was cremated.This was a floral tribute programme happened at NGM campus on 01.10.2018 to honour Mahatma Gandhi for his contribution to the independence of our country and respect was given to Arutchelvar Dr. N. Mahalingam who was a true Gandhi and contributed to a lot to the society by creating highly reputed institutions for the education of needy people
