Seminar on Dr.A.P.J. Abdul kalam Birth Anniversary

World Students’ Day is celebrated on October 15 to honour Abdul kalam’s contribution. World Students’ Day is celebrated on October 15 every year to honour former President Dr APJ Abdul Kalam’s contributions to the field of education. The occasion coincides with the late teacher’s birth anniversary. Former President and renowned scientist Dr APJ Abdul Kalam was born on October 15, 1931, in Tamil Nadu. His birth anniversary is also observed as World Students Day as a mark of respect for his love for students and vision to nurture the future generation. He was popularly known as the ‘Missile Man’ of India. He has contributed significantly to the growth of India’s space and defence programmes as a scientist. His contributions to nation-building as a teacher, author and visionary President have left an enduring legacy. On the basis department of History-Historia has organised seminar on vision on 2020.
