Department of Human Excellence conducted One day workshop on Siddha for Health amd Hygiene on 08.02.2024. In the presence of chief guest Dr. G. Swethalakshmi, BSMS, Maharishi siddha clinic, Pollachi. The workshop started with inagural by S. Jayalakshmi, Hod, Department of Human Excellence and introduction of the resource person by our staffs D.yashotha & A. Srikavitha. Doctor madam started her lecture on 09.15 Am. She explained clearly about Siddha philosophy, siddha medicine, Natural food, Benefits of greens, Hygienic food, and omissions of fast food items. Also she explained in detail about varma therapy. Finally she clarifies the doubts asked by the students. Totally 206 students learned the siddha and varma therapy
