Department of Human Excellence conducted Five days Summer Camp for Kids from 02.05.2023 to 06.05.2023 organized by D.Gnanasoundari and S.Maheswari Assistant Professors, Department of Human Excellence Nallamuthu Gounder Mahalingam College. In order to teach values to the kids the programme was conducted and to give children very important life skill that can help them to succeed in their life. In the Summer Camp 20 children participated and got benefited. Daily Chanting was practiced and after Chanting the kids partake in one hour of Pranayama and Yogasana thought by yoga instructors. Then the Kids were engaged in Karma Yoga were we helped to fold and unfold the yoga mats and arrange the hall. We introduced Yoga Postures, Games and other Fun activities for the extended care kids until 5.00pm for them to depart. Overall the kids were enjoyed and had fun spending time truly looking forward to future events.
