Welcome Address was given by Dr.S.Jagadambal, Asst.Prof, Department of Human Excellence, Introduction of Chief Guest- Prof. D. Gnanasoundari. Topic ‘Pranayama & Mudras for Effective Cardio Vascular Functions’. Vote of thanks was given by S. Maheswari Asst.Prof, Department of Human Excellence.

Meditation & Welcome address by S.Maheswari Asst.Prof, Dept of HE. Resource Person –Prof. Pr.k.Shanmugasundram, Topic – ‘Kayakalpa for Holistic Health’ Practical session by V.Settu Asst., Prof., Department of Human Excellence. Vote of thanks was given by Prof. D. Gnanasoundari, Asst., Prof., Department of Human Excellence. More than 200 Students from various departments participated & benefited through this Workshop.
